I am specialised in the prediction of human behaviour.

In 2002 I founded AssessFirst just 30 days after obtaining my Masters degree in Quantitive Psychology in Paris 5 – René Descartes University.

I subsequently developed an innovative application for assessing potential and behaviour in the workplace.

In 2008 I put in place the affinity algorithm for the dating site Meetic, which matched couples based on their psychological and behavioural compatibility.

One year later, I created an online orientation service for Studyrama, used by more than 2 000 000 students.

In 2012, I released a predictive algorithm enabling AssessFirst to anticipate the ability of people to succeed and thrive on the job, with an 85% reliability.

All in all, nearly 10 million people in more than 40 countries have benefited from the predictions and systems I developed.

In 2020, I decided to turn AssessFirst (50 people) into a full remote company. Now we are 120 people and operate in more than 40 countries, with 3500 clients using our predictive solution to recuit better and to develop talents internally.

Today I live in the Balearic Islands (mainly between Mallorca and Ibiza) and regularly travel across the globe.
